People and culture
At The Educated Trophy Wife, people come before performances. We value integrity, self-responsibility and truth over optics. Our culture is rooted in trauma informed awareness, nervous system respect and the understanding that healing is not linear and it is not outsourced.
We honor lived experience as much as formal education. Curiosity is encouraged. Accountability is expected. We believe growth happens when individuals are supported without being coddled and challenged without being shamed.
This is not a space for spiritual bypassing, quick fixes or savior dynamics. It is a space for education, embodiment and conscious choice where families, particularly mothers are supported in understanding how early environments shape lifelong outcomes.
Sabrina Michelle is the founder of The Educated Trophy Wife and founder of Hood Goulash Media Group (HGMG). She is a Socio-Cultural Care Educator & Facilitator, Black health advocate, speaker and content creator. Sabrina's dedicated to helping individuals, families and communities better understand themselves. As well as the experiences that shape their lives.
As a Black disabled woman and neck reconstruction survivor, Sabrina brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work. Her approach focuses on self awareness, emotional intelligence, childhood trauma, resilience and personal growth. She believes that understanding our experiences can help us make healthier choices for ourselves, our families and future generations.
Through workshops, digital content, community conversations and educational resources, Sabrina creates safe spaces. Where people can explore complex topics with honesty, curiosity and compassion. Her work addresses trauma, relationships, family dynamics, mental wellness, caregiving and Black maternal health.
Sabrina is also developing educational resources focused on human milk feeding, parenting and community health. Her mission is to make information accessible. She does that by providing meaningful dialogue and supporting people as they build stronger foundations for themselves and those they care for.
Through Hood Goulash Media Group as the brand face for The Educated Trophy Wife, she creates content and programs that encourage critical thinking, lifelong learning and community engagement.
Whether speaking, teaching, writing or sharing online, Sabrina’s goal remains the same: helping people better understand themselves so they can better understand each other.
