Human Milk Foundation Guide

Some work is built to make money. Some work is built to leave something better behind. Little’s Lunch was created because every family deserves access to practical, evidence based breastfeeding education in a space where they feel seen, respected and supported.

For more than two decades, I’ve watched families search for answers that should have been available from the beginning. This cohort is my contribution to changing that.

Over five interactive sessions, we’ll build confidence from the foundation up understanding how milk is made, protecting supply, improving latch, preparing for work or school and navigating common challenges together.

If this work reaches one family, one doula, one midwife or one healthcare professional who carries what they learn into their community then the impact extends far beyond a single classroom.

**The next cohort session will be available a week before the next class.
