Who can join?

Black families expecting a baby are welcome to enroll and birthing professionals.

When does it start?

The cohort begins mid-pregnancy and runs for 24 weeks total.

What topics are covered?

Milk production, birth planning for lactation, supply protection, nervous system regulation and returning to work.

How much does it cost?

The full 24-week cohort costs $300 per family. A few spot are available for doulas and midwives.

Is enrollment limited?

Yes, enrollment is capped between 16 and 24 families.
